BTL Double Single Sprockets are sprockets designed for specific industrial applications, aimed at driving two independent chains through a single shaft. Specifically, BTL Double Single Sprockets are made of 1045 cold drawn steel and undergo precision hardening treatment to ensure excellent wear resistance and extended service life. In addition, the design of BTL Double Single Sprockets allows two independent chains to work simultaneously without contact, allowing one chain to exit in one direction while the other can exit in another direction, such as one extending upwards and the other running parallel on the ground.
